Support transfer ( FTNT vrs PANW )

One of the biggest complaints with the fortinet hardware, if you buy any item from let's say ebay and  it has a support contract is almost very difficult to transfer any remainding registration. Even if the  item is out of support, it's still hard to change ownership.

Okay for comparison PaloAlto makes it very easy.

Just thought it was interesting to see how 2 security vendors handle transfer of ownership
